  Absolutely shocking after sales service! Our brand new van suffered water ingress and faulty heating. Was told could be up to 4 weeks for authorisation and parts. 8 weeks later and I hadn’t heard anything. Losing my patience I called then only to be told that they were ‘chasing’ it. 2 weeks later I’d had enough and insisted on bringing in the caravan. Surprisingly they suddenly could facilitate the repair. First outing after the repair the heating didn’t work. Don’t think they had tested it before handing it back to me. Had a 4 and 1 year old with us in mid Jan so called than for support. Was told tech dept would call me in 10 mins. Still waiting for the call! There’s no way we’re buying our next caravan from here. Also going to get the servicing done elsewhere. Never had such poor customer service. It feels like they don’t give two hoots once you’ve purchased a van.
